Library Memberships
If you live in the Town of The Pas, OCN or the RM of Kelsey, you’re eligible for a FREE library membership! Just visit us in person with your photo ID and proof of address, we will process your membership and you’re ready to start borrowing.
Non-Resident Membership
If you live outside the Town of The Pas, OCN or the RM of Kelsey, you can still become a library member by purchasing a non-resident membership. Bring photo ID and proof of your current address.
Cost: $25 per year
Temporary Membership
Just visiting the area? You can still enjoy everything our library has to offer! For $15 for 4 months you can read from our selection of books in person and online (through Libby).
Cost: $15 per 4 months
Loan Periods
All items have a 3-week loan period.
While we don’t charge overdue fines, we kindly ask that you return items on time out of consideration for other patrons who may be waiting.
Note: Patrons must be over 18 years old to borrow movies.
