The Library Board is an independent board that is responsible for the general management, regulation, and control of the library system. Library Trustees direct the policies, goals and objectives of the library and advocate for the library in the greater community.  The Board is comprised of seven to nine people, and includes a Town Councilor, an R.M. of Kelsey Councilor and six residents, 3 from each municipality.

Meetings are held on a monthly basis.
